What the price to contest a divorce with children involved in Indiana?
I am filing the divorce, and concerned that it may be contested by soon to be ex husband.

they have no fault divorce in Indiana you don’t have any reason to not get one if that is what you want. You can get one even if he doesn’t show up to court. There is nothing to contest just setting a time for you both be with the children.

I’m sure glad I live in California. We have "no fault" divorce. There’s no such thing as contesting a divorce here. If only one spouse wants out, then the divorce is granted as long as all the papers are filed properly. There doesn’t need to be any reason and we’re not required by law to hire a lawyer.
If you’re required by law to hire a lawyer in Indiana, then God help you and your bank account! In family law cases, it’s best not to hire a lawyer.
